2-Axis Ultra Precision Inclinometer (DWL 8500XY)

For arcsecond precision measurement
0.0 to 14400 arcsec. (Single Axis);
0.0 to 7200 arcsec. (Dual Axis)

The DWL 8500XY 2-Axis Ultra Precision Inclinometer drive performance in the semiconductor industry, robotics, and leveling of CMM machines and granite tables. With the most accurate reading and vibration monitoring capabilities, the inclinometer can measure up to x, y and z axis and checks flatness up to 1 arcsecond.

Common applications include precision alignment of granite plates and other calibration equipment.

  • Measuring range from 0.0 to 14400 arcsec. (Single Axis); 0.0 to 7200 arcsec. (Dual Axis)
  • Resolution of 1 arcsec. (≤ 5μm/M)
