Do you have a physical shop? How long has the company been operational for?

Yes, we have a physical shop. President Trading was started by our grandfather and has been doing engineering supply for three generations.

Are all listed products available on stock?
Yes - our products are on stock. We will finalize this when we confirm your order. If there is a lead time, we will inform you the soonest possible.

The size I am looking for is not listed /  I already have a list of items. Can you quote me?
Yes, call us or fill up the form on the contact us page.

Can I get a discount on the listed prices?
This can be discussed when we call back to confirm your enquiry.

I have added everything into the cart: What should I do?
Fill up your details and hit send. An email will be sent to us with your contact information and the cart. Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours by phone or email.

What are the warranties?
All products sold by President Trading are procured directly from manufacturers or authorized channels. Warranties applied are based on the general warranty applicable for the region of sale by the manufacturer.



Do I get an official quotation?
Yes - we will reply your enquiry with an official quotation and confirmation of finalized quantities.

Can you address the invoice to my company?
Yes - we can address this to your company.

Can the invoice and delivery address be separated?
Yes. Let us know how you would like to address the invoice and delivery note.



Do you do delivery within Singapore?
The goods will be delivered to you in 1-2 working days for most items. Delivery charges are subject to the total order value and delivery location. 

Can I collect the order myself?
Yes, this is possible. Please call us to arrange a pickup time. 

How do I know when I will receive the goods?
We will confirm the delivery time with you.

Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Yes delivery can be arranged outside Singapore. Delivery time and cost will depend on transport arrangements.




I need special payment arrangements, can you provide this?
Yes, drop us an email with your enquiry and we will attend to you.

What payment modes do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, cheque payments and digital payments such as Paynow.
