Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds. Goods are considered received in good condition when you sign the delivery note on receipt. If needed you can request to check that the product is working on receipt of the goods.
Any arrangement that is a deviation to the above policy between our company and the buyer is considered as a separate negotiation. Our right to reject returns and refunds is reserved.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when first inspected together with one of our staff. If you encounter any problem at the point of receipt, please let us know immediately. Otherwise a signed delivery order will indicate the product has been received in good condition and up to your expectations.
Shipping of Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
